Your comment was very well stated. 
Being able to identify with ones negative thoughts is reachable only after one can break the habit or emotional rollercoaster that they are on which blinds them from that very thought.

I fell that being able to simplify ones thoughts is similar to your thought of not judging them.
The less made of most things the easier they are to cope with and/or overcome.

I would like to add your site link to my womens resources page on my site.
Let me know...and if you have a logo or a banner that I could use...that would be awesome!
